I am a Bioinformatics Research Assistant at the William Harvey Research Institute, Queen Mary University of London. I hold a BTech (Hons) in Biotechnology Engineering and an MSc in Bioinformatics where my main focus was on developing reproducible genomic pipelines and multi-omics workflows for genome annotation. My research experience includes the development of gene prediction models and machine learning classifiers for early cancer detection. Currently, I am investigating the contribution of structural variants to cardiovascular traits using the UK Biobank whole-genome sequencing data.
